Job Opening: Seeking Fluent German Speaking ICT Helpdesk Employee

Unbound VR is an online distributor of Virtual Reality hardware in Europe, and we are seeking a helpdesk employee with a good command of the German language and an affinity for ICT. We are located in Nijmegen. This is a position for 24-40 hours per week.

As a helpdesk employee, you and your colleagues are responsible for handling inquiries from (primarily German) customers. You enjoy the challenge of keeping customers as satisfied as possible and dislike sending them from pillar to post.

You, along with the support team, are responsible for answering queries via email and phone, primarily in German. Additionally, you are actively involved in improving our German online store and services directed towards the German market.

• Customer support via phone and email (German, English, Dutch);
• Providing product advice;
• Providing information to new customers;
• Processing product information in German for our online store;
• Processing returns.

• You are available 24-40 hours per week;
• You have perfect knowledge of the German language in both spoken and written form;
• Technical aptitude and affinity for ICT / VR;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English languages;
• You have a commercial mindset;
• You are independent and proactive;
• You strive for the highest possible quality of service;
• You are flexible and precise;
• You possess a minimum of vocational secondary education (MBO 4) thinking and working level.

Essential for this position is a perfect command of the German language in both speech and writing. We work extensively with the German government and are therefore looking for someone who speaks German without an accent or errors, and writes at a high level. In addition, you will deal with ICT level issues and we expect that you have a strong affinity for this and preferably experience, for example, in the role of a technical helpdesk employee.

Unbound VR is an online reseller and distributor of virtual reality hardware and other consumer electronics. If you've ever searched for VR glasses or accessories, chances are you've already visited our web store or maybe even made a purchase. In addition to selling these products, we offer consultancy and advice to businesses looking to start (or expand) with VR. Unbound VR has helped dozens of VR Arcades with the setup and development of their spaces.
