RealWear Thermal Camera Module for Navigator 500 / 520
The thermal camera module is a dual-camera unit that houses both the standard 48MP sensor and a thermal sensor. With the capability to seamlessly switch between the visible spectrum and infrared, it enables you to capture the heat signature of the surroundings. Connect the thermal camera module to your RealWear Navigator 500 Assisted Reality device for an unparalleled hands-free experience.
The thermal camera module reveals faults that are invisible to the naked eye. Electrical installations, motors, or building facades – temperature deviations bring issues to light before they become acute.
Thanks to the modular design, the camera can be mounted on the RealWear Navigator 500 with just a single click. A simple voice command is all that is needed to switch from thermal to normal vision. This allows the two modes to be used seamlessly, perfect for inspection and documentation. The latest hardware and software from FLIR, the world's leading manufacturer of infrared products, are used.
The registered temperature range of -20 to 400 °C allows for a wide range of applications. The key data from the visual camera matches the standard version: 48 MP sensor, 12 MP still images, and Full HD video at up to 60 fps.
