.
The RM65 robot arm is a versatile 6-axis robot solution designed for precise and efficient automation within industrial and technical environments. Thanks to its compact design, relatively low weight, and integrated controller, this robot arm is easy to implement without an external switch cabinet. This makes the RM65 ideal for applications where flexibility, quick installation, and reliability are paramount.
With a working range of about 610 mm and a load capacity up to 5 kg, the RM65 delivers stable performance in tasks where precision and repeatability are essential. The repeat accuracy of ±0.05 mm makes the robot arm suitable for assembly, pick-and-place, inspection, and light operations. The six degrees of freedom provide a high degree of mobility, allowing complex operations and variable work positions to be performed effortlessly.
The RM65 series is available in four variants, each targeted at specific applications. Depending on the chosen version, the robot arm has additional functionalities such as a 6-axis force sensor (force feedback) and/or a vision module for object recognition and positioning. This allows the RM65 to be used in both standard automation processes and advanced, adaptive workflows.
The robot arm supports various communication options such as Ethernet, WiFi, USB, and serial connections. Programming possibilities via APIs make integration with existing software and systems easy. The aluminum construction ensures durable and stable operation, while the 24V power supply contributes to efficient energy consumption and lower operational costs.
| Model | Variant | Force Sensor | Vision Module | Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RM65-B | Standard | No | No | Basic automation and pick-and-place |
| RM65-6F | Force Feedback | Yes (6D) | No | Precision work and contact-sensitive tasks |
| RM65-B-V | Vision | No | Yes | Object recognition and positioning |
| RM65-6F-V | Force + Vision | Yes (6D) | Yes | Advanced automation and adaptive processes |
This variant structure allows the RM65 series to be easily tailored to the desired application. Whether it's simple automation or complex interaction with objects and environments, there's always a configuration that meets the technical requirements and workflow of the user.
