Realman ECO63-B
The ECO63 robotic arm is a compact and cost-effective 6-axis robotic solution within the Realman portfolio, designed for light and precise automation tasks. Compared to the ECO65 series, the ECO63 is slightly more compact and lighter, making it particularly suitable for applications where space is limited and flexibility is key. Like the ECO65, the ECO63 has an integrated controller, making installation simple without an external switch cabinet.
With a working range of about 630 mm and a payload capacity up to 3 kg, the ECO63 positions itself below the ECO65 (650 mm / 5 kg). The repeatability is at a comparable level of ±0.05 mm, making this series also suitable for precision applications such as assembly, inspection, and pick-and-place. Due to its lower payload capacity, the ECO63 is especially suitable for lighter components and precision mechanics.
The ECO63 series follows the same modular structure as the ECO65 series and is available in multiple variants. This allows you to choose between a standard version and variants with additional functionalities such as a 6-axis force sensor (force feedback) and/or a vision module. This makes the ECO63 widely deployable, from simple automation to applications requiring interaction with objects and environment.
In terms of connectivity and integration, the options are comparable to the ECO65 series. The robotic arm supports communication via Ethernet, USB, and I/O and can be controlled via APIs and SDKs. This makes integration within existing systems or production lines easy to achieve. Thanks to its lower weight and compact construction, the ECO63 is also easier to mount on smaller workstations or mobile setups.
| Model | Variant | Force Sensor | Vision Module | Application |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ECO63-B | Standard | No | No | Light automation and pick-and-place |
| ECO63-6F | Force Feedback | Yes (6D) | No | Touch-sensitive precision tasks |
| ECO63-B-V | Vision | No | Yes | Object recognition and positioning |
| ECO63-6F-V | Force + Vision | Yes (6D) | Yes | Advanced light automation |
While the ECO65 series excels in a higher payload and slightly larger range, the ECO63 series is the better choice when compactness, lower load, and flexibility are more important. As a result, the ECO63 is ideal for workplaces with limited space, educational environments, or applications with smaller and lighter components, without compromising on accuracy and ease of use.
