When you place your online order on a business day before 11:00 PM, the item is in stock, and you pay via a direct payment method such as Credit Card, iDeal or Paypal, your order is typically shipped the same day*. If the item is not in stock in our online store, an estimated delivery time is always provided on the product page. If a product has a longer delivery time, we try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order is placed as a reservation in our system and when the product arrives in our warehouse, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. Please note: only when your order leaves our warehouse will you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Therefore, if your product is not immediately available, the shipping confirmation may come later. If you're unsure whether you've received the correct confirmation, you can always contact our customer service.
