For some projects, it can be useful to have not only the necessary 360-degree camera but also an extra operator. Especially when the organization is looking for an all-in-one project and doesn't want to switch between the hardware provider and a video project agency

*Example: if you only need the camera on Tuesday, it can be picked up on Monday and returned on Wednesday. This counts as 1 rental day. **If you need the camera on Tuesday and Wednesday, it can be picked up on Monday and returned on Thursday. This counts as 2 rental days

At Unbound XR, we therefore offer a total package: rent an Insta360 Camera and immediately take advantage of the knowledge of our specialist! In the simplest form, this can be done by giving a brief introduction of how the camera works, but can extend to complete project management where we take care of the coordination of the entire project. You can request a rental quote directly from us using the button above, but it is also possible to request a rental through the Gearbooker website. Please note: the prices on our Gearbooker page are higher than if you request a quote directly via email. This is because you close a separate insurance* with Gearbooker.

If you wish to rent a product from us, you can indicate this via our quote form or via email. We would like to know which products you want to rent (and which accessories) and for what period.

You will then receive an overview from us with the rental rates. You can approve the price via email. Once this is agreed, and a rental agreement has been concluded, you will receive a payment link from us for the agreed amount and we will ask you to digitally sign our online general rental conditions

Once the rental agreement is signed, and the total amount has been transferred to us, we will ensure that the rented items are ready to be picked up on the agreed date and time.

Please note: the dispatch or collection of items always takes place in consultation. Products may not be sent with a standard postal service, but must always be picked up personally or by a courier (unless otherwise agreed).
