We strive to provide you with the best service and work towards a satisfactory resolution. If this doesn't lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur Dispute Resolution. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

Having a problem is always troublesome, especially when you can't immediately resolve it with one of our staff. We'd like to work together to find a solution to your complaint. As we aim to offer our customers optimal service, it's important for us to hear if you have any complaints about our service. To limit any possible damage, please do this as soon as possible. According to the law, a complaint is considered timely if it is made within two months of discovery. This also applies in the case where the purchased product does not have the properties you would expect based on the sales agreement. It is in your interest to make your complaints known in writing.
