To use Varjo VR-3 and XR-3 headsets and software, a business needs a corresponding Varjo subscription - a continuous license for Varjo software and enterprise services. Businesses that subscribe get access to Varjo's patented XR/VR software that continually unlocks new possibilities for the headsets with a resolution of 2880 x 2720 pixels per eye. In addition, subscribers get access to premium enterprise support from Varjo. The subscription is a requirement for using the Varjo headset and must be renewed when it expires to continue using the headset. Warning: Do not expose your VR headset to direct sunlight or high temperatures, especially when not in use. Sunlight can be focused through the lenses, causing serious, irreversible damage to the lenses and the screen. Note: Damage caused by sunlight exposure is not covered under the warranty.
Can I use my Varjo headset without an internet connection?
By default, a Varjo headset needs to connect to the internet every 48 hours to verify the user license. By purchasing an Offline license or the Secure Edition, this bi-daily check is no longer necessary and the device can be used offline indefinitely.
